Donte Vaughn is Founder and President of DeLano Business Solutions, LLC, a Business Management Consulting firm specializing in organizational leadership and growth strategies for companies in every phase of their business lifecycle. Donte Vaughn founded DeLano Solutions with one mission in mind: “To deliver enterprise-level business strategy and expertise to small and medium-sized businesses that fosters their ability to realize their full and complete growth potential – without the cost burden presented by larger, monopolistic consulting firms”. As President, principal consultant, and senior strategist, Donte continues to fulfill this mission, by driving measurable success in many emerging markets with his clients.
Prior to starting his own firm, Donte served in a Sr. Management / Executive capacity for firms providing labor strategy and workforce management solutions for the Industrial market space. Donte studied at Drexel University and the University of Phoenix, where he received a BS in Business Administration & Management. He also earned a Master's Degree in Management/ Organizational Leadership. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate; for the degree of Doctor of Management, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Donte also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business at American Intercontinental University (AIU). His professional memberships include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), National Speakers Association (NSA), and the National Business Educators Association (NBEA).
